The weekend of May 18th, we celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary. This year we decided to rent a cabin at Bear Creek Lake State Park in Cumberland County. We camp here at least once a year. This is a very nice state park. There is a huge lake where you can fish, canoe or swim. They have a beach by the lake too. Above are some pictures of the cabin we stayed in. We coined a new word "Cabining". These cabins are sweet!!! After staying in one of these, Mitch is going to have a very hard time getting me to agree to go back to tent camping. =) They have AC/Heat, gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, indoor plumbing, a huge wrap around porch and a very quaint view of the lake. We stayed in cabin #2. These cabins are brand new. We took the kids with us also. They had a blast and so did we!! We drank wine, relaxed, enjoyed the fireplace and took walks down to the lake. We enjoyed being able to spend time as a family.
